The vacuum pump oil SMR-100 has a low viscosity in order to achieve good starting performance even in cold conditions. In order to fully utilize the performance of the pump, replace the oil as frequently as possible. Please do not use pump oil other than that specified by the company. If other than the specified oil is used, the performance of the vacuum pump cannot be exerted.
